Solid pine modular storage units, France, circa 1970

REF: 7826

Solid pine storage units originally conceived as a modular wine rack element in the 1970s.

The structure is composed of square compartments connected by distinctive circular joint elements, allowing for a repetitive and expandable configuration. The compartments feature straight or angled shelves, initially designed for bottle storage. The overall system is self-supporting, its regular geometry reflecting the modular design explorations characteristic of the 1970s.

Diverted from its original function, this module can also serve as a bookcase or graphic storage piece, thanks to its strong architectural rhythm and the warm tone of solid pine.
