Tripod chair model C3, known as Touring Club de France, designed by René Picot and exhibited at the *Salon des Artistes Décorateurs* in 1953 on the Tubauto stand.

It features a black lacquered tubular metal frame supporting a hand-woven wicker shell seat. The elegant tripod base and curved form embody the lightness and functionality of 1950s French modern design. This chair reflects the craftsmanship and innovation of Airborne, a key postwar furniture manufacturer.
