A rare "Kyoto" model daybed designed by Mathieu Mategot. Created in 1954 by the French designer Mathieu Matégot, the Kyoto collection adopts a particularly graphic design: the designer plays with obliques, horizontals and verticals to generate a very successful effect. The structure is generally painted black, welded edge to edge for more discretion.

This daybed gives an impression of lightness with its black lacquered tubular metal structure. The dual is linked by a steel mesh perforated in a clover pattern.
