Solid pine bench produced in the late 1960s for the interior furnishings of the Les Arcs 1800 ski resort.

Built using straightforward and sturdy construction, the bench reflects a functional approach to furniture, suited to collective use and mountain interiors. Its restrained design highlights the material and the clarity of the structure, consistent with the furnishings developed for the resort's residential units.

This type of bench belongs to the selections made for Les Arcs during the furnishing campaigns coordinated under the direction of Charlotte Perriand.
